Case Study 1: Venn recently acted for a Supermarket operator to exit a long-term lease. The store wasn’t profitable and the site had some serious design limitations. Venn was able to bring the Landlord to the negotiating table resulting in a lease surrender and payout.
Case Study 2: My client, Farmer Jacks, was seeking a new premises within the City of South Perth. Venn was able to source a suitable property, and is currently seeking development approval with construction to commence in 2018.
Case Study 3: Venn negotiated a new lease with Woolworths at Stirling Central including full redevelopment. Venn also undertook the Centre redevelopment for the property owner which will reposition the property for the next 20 years. Construction commenced in late 2017.
Case Study 4: Sale of Land to Aldi supermarkets at Byford.
